I unfortunately had to stay in that place due to a conference I was attending and all participants had to stay there too. It was cheap 83 euros a night and now I know why..... First thing, this is NOT a 5 stars hotels. I don't know what category it falls in...I'm not even sure there's one for this hotel.... More

This is a great hotel but unfriendly staff. I would not recommend and will not go back to this place. We stayed for 3 nights, hotel is average with great amenities however staff are unfriendly, not very helpful and looks miserable. They did not help us book or find a taxi, staff at restaurant asked us rudely to leave because... More

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Location was good, close to the Djemma el Fnaa. Check-in and check out was efficient. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at their restaurant was good, lots of choices and the food was delicious. However, beware of the fresh yoghurt served at breakfast in glasses. My companion tried it... More

We stayed for two nights. The good- the room and bath were relatively large, and the beds were firm and comfortable. The lunch we had at the restaurant was good. The lobby, pool and garden area was impressive. The bad- the service for one. No one was rude, but most seemed liked they either didn't like their job or were... More

As many other reviewers have said this hotel is not 5 star by Paris or London standards - but this is Africa and it is certainly 5 stars by African standards. 4 star by western standards. Service is not particularly 'smiley' but quite helpful. When I requested a different room (the 1st floor room we were given did not face... More

We only stayed for one night but found this to be a value for money international style hotel. Perhaps 4 rather than 5 star. Spacious room, very slightly tired - good value. We had an early departure but still had an excellent breakfast. More

Stayed one night, hotel paid by the airline due to a cancelled flight. The building entrance is huge and impressing, the rooms and food were however just average. Bathroom door was broken (could not close properly) and toilet made a screaming sound after flushing - I didn´t expect that at a 5 star hotel. Stayed in a neat Riad for... More

I liked my stay here. The rooms could use a little updating, but the bathrooms were very nice. We booked a Hamam and it was great. The only thing is the enclosed pool is a coed space, which we were unaware of until we heard male voices. Fortunately, we were clothed appropriately. Great otherwise and easy city access. Super staff.... More
