We had a good time at El Cadi. We had one of the two smaller rooms on the ground floor. The bathroom was surprisingly large and the beds very comfortable. This hotel is difficult to find so accept the hotel's offer to come pick you up on the square. Breakfast on the rooftop is very pleasant.

I agree with your reviewers, and I stand by their descriptions...this Riyad was the stuff of dreams. Something out of the Arabian Nights but with some modern things thrown in...like satellite discs on the neighbouring roof tops. Yet, with the warm and 'loving' people who made our stay so wonderful. Despite Marrakech being so touristy, this place was a haven... More

Don't miss this! El Cadi is a lovely spot with some of the best hospitality I received. The team is incredibly helpful, from restaurant reservations to guides to shopping tips. The breakfasts are nice, and mint tea is always right around the corner in the cool gardens. It's a perfect respite. I loved my stay and highly recommend!

I stayed here 9 years ago and was determined to come back. Have just spent another 5 days introducing my husband to this magical Riad and can only describe it in superlatives. The Riad is made up of 8 original buildings and each area has its on charm. Quietly sophisticated yet with a feel of intimacy and friendliness. The staff... More

This riad is quite special, from the friendly staff to the amazing spaces within this beautiful property made up of 8 joined houses. Great location, very close to the bustling main square Jamaa El Fna. Our experience here was quite unforgetable and we hope to return soon.

Step out of the mayhem of the medina into the serene oasis of Riyad el cadi. We went for two nights with 2 kids 3 and 6. We loved it. The riyad is beautifully maintained, the rooms are homely and spacious, the roof terrace is spectacular the staff are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. We would love to... More

Stayed here last October. Had done extensive searches trying to find something suitable for a family with 2 young children 5 and 7 that didn't involve us all sleeping in the same room or having doors on to a shared courtyard. Proved difficult despite many apparently amazing Riads. So we decided on the Blue House in el Cadi. It's like... More

From the pick-up at the airport, through the escorted first walk across Jamaa El Fna, to our arrival at El Cadi, everything was perfectly and thoughtfully arranged. The Riyad itself, a wonderful labyrinth of 8 joined up houses was luxurious, cool and comfortable. The staff could not have been better. Nothing was too much trouble and service was made to... More

Marrakesh is one of the craziest and busiest cities I have ever been to. This Riyad with its central location was an oasis of calm after a day of sight-seeing. The service was excellent - discreet but attentive and with its numerous courtyards and nooks there was always a quiet spot to retreat to. It felt more like your home... More

I stayed here with my husband and two children for New Year 2012. It was brilliant and we were so well looked after. From the moment the porter met us in the main square everything was taken care of. The riad is beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. All the staff are charming and really wish for you to have... More
