We have just returned from a very nice 3 night break at Palais Sebban. The Accomodation was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was great - just 5 mins walk from the main square and souk markets, but tucked away in a quiet area free from noise. I would definitely recommend the... More

We stayed here last week for 3 nights, as expected (from reading previous reviews!), the taxi we pre-arranged over the phone with the riad was not waiting for us at the airport, we called them and they sent another, no big deal. The riad is stunning in all areas, you really couldn't wish for more, lots of beautiful communal spaces,... More

The Riad is just beautiful, the decor is stunning and the garden and courtyard well kept with lovely plants and flowers. Staff very helpful and polite. Did not eat in the restaurant, but breakfast was fine, though nothing amazing. The only draw back is that the Riad is very noisy in the mornings, can here entrance bell, staff, guests and... More

Overall it's the solitude and peaceful charm, contrasted against the total bedlam and chaos of Marrakesh that wins one over in this beautifully restored and historic palace just minutes away from the thriving city center. Our trip started off a bit bumpy, having cleared customs only to find that our private pick-up service was not prepared to meet us. We... More

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to express your feelings. Upon arrival your guide unfortunately do not submit and you do not come to the reception. When I saw you expect something in a place where clients come for a refreshing drink, I just thought you were waiting for a server, we thought you were coming just to eat.... More

This was my first time traveling to Morocco, and I was traveling with a friend. It was hard to pick a riad, and even harder to pick a good location for a riad. I think we did it right with Palais Sebban. It is located not too far within the walls of the medina (this makes it easier to transport... More

Wow just returned from a weeks holiday in marrakesh. Anybody wanting to stay in a rhiad then the palais sabban is the one. The photos on the website don't do it justice. We could not fault anything all the staff are friendly and helpful and the food is great . What makes it stand out from the other rhiads is... More

Although our initial arrival in the Medina was a little disconcerting as we arrived at night (picked up by the Riad private transfer) in what appeared to be a back-street, we were soon greeted by a lovely porter who kindly led the way to his Riad, a place we can only describe as "an oasis". Having walked 2 mins through... More

Palais Sebban is owned by a French couple, who take very good care of you and are very hospitable. The place is immaculate and beautiful. I booked a standard room on the hotel's website, and changed my mind within a few hours, since it looked too small for us. I was travelling with my 20 year old daughter. I called... More

We were looking for a short break with some winter sunshine for early December and decided that Marrakech would fit the bill. Palais Sebban was chosen for its proximity to the centre and its style. We were not to be disappointed. Palis Sebban is a jewel. The hotel is indeed like a small palace with sumptuous decorations and antique furniture.... More
