It is not even a 3* more of a 2*. The only good thing about this hotel is that our rooms were properly cleaned. The rest zero. the hotel, the rooms and bathroom are very very clean, nice and quiet location. the room was quiet and peaceful. breakfast was very nice. The staff is so so friendly.........a big clean pool and garden area.

Where to start? 5* it definitely is not, but it is priced that way. Room was small, outdated, smelly, with old furniture; bedsheets were dirty, with some patches of cigarette burn marks. Breakfast/food was dysmal. WIFI was constantly interrupted. Switched to Cardoso after two night, which ended up being cheaper and a much better experience on all accounts.

Others have berated this hotel for being low standard. My experience was very positive. My room was spotless and well equipped. At my request I was given a particularly quiet room which was very peaceful. My big complaint on my last stay was across-the-board rude service. Happily, that has improved! They have also renovated at least one floor and the room itself was quite nice.
