Staff at the Kigali Serena are gracious and helpful. Rooms are lovely and spacious, are spotlessly clean and there is a turn down service. There is free Wi-Fi with adequate connection speeds throughout the hotel. Conference facilities are good as is security. We stayed here at the start and end of a trip around Rwanda, and loved it both times. We were welcomed, staff couldn't be anymore helpful and rooms were great. Loved the huge breakfast and enjoyed snacks by the pool for lunch...great place, safe location and usual great Rwandan welcome and hospitability. More

Visited Rwanda in March 2012 and booked at Kigali Serena on recommendation from a friend. Although daily rates are quite high, this hotel has everything and the people made me feel so wanted and at home.
