It has a nice central location in the town...great landscape ...their breakfast is an elaborate affair and it is a great experience sitting out in the sun and having it !! However,a few things puzzle me -there is no coffee machine inside the room and there is no free internet...

Fantastic stay and very friendly staff. Very quiet and the food wasn't bad either. They have this fantastic garden area at the back which is well maintained. However, I wish they had a cleaner swimming pool.

I love the Hotel it is in Lalitpur and this is slightly quieter than the main city, but it is still insane, you can cross the roads if you try hard there is a supermarket near by and several restaurants within easy walking distance though most tourists will want to use the very cheap taxi's. Some renovated rooms that are quite modern and comfortable, spoilt by maintenance and housekeeping. One of our team members encountered rats in her room. Housekeeping also below par replenishing single towel to rooms occupied with 2 persons. Reception Manager can be difficult at times and customer services is below par.
