the location is actually in the center of thamel, no fancy stuff, just hot water and staff are friendly , no aircon , basic bed and ur own bathroom ,with 16 dollars a room a night , so dont expect too much ,

The staff seems to be nice and helpful but the room is so dusty - expect sneezing and coughing. Wi-fi doesn't reach top floors. Quiet location in the heart of Thamel, friendly staff, clean bedding but the room was a bit dark with a worn carpet. The bathroom would need some refreshment (despite the fact that we had hot water almost anytime). A bit expensive for what it is, we have paid around 15 USD with tax but no breakfast.

Very family atmosphere. Surendra menager guest house is very helpful and very nice, remaining staff also. Warm water, very clean rooms, clean bedding. I recommend warmly, there I will be coming back a lot times.

I stayed here one night and that was enough for me, I can't say the staff was very friendly and the room wasn't that good. It was noisy the whole night with people hanging around, making fire and screaming just under my window. There are better and little cheaper guesthouses in Thamel.
