“Sweet Staff, Great Food”

We stayed at Hotel Cosmic before and after our two week hike through the Annapurna Circuit. I stayed at Cosmic for about 2 weeks. I had a front room (facing the road) so at times it was quite noisy (namely dogs barking). “Clean, comfortable, cheap and cheerful Cosmic, Z Street”

Here is a budget Hotel tucked away where you feel safe and secure. Much cleaner now under new ownership. (2011) Simple breakfast on the roof top - great value and no hassle. Hot water can be problematic, but eventually comes through. Have used this regularly pre and post trekking, handy for Thamel but out of the way.

“Nice budget hotel in Thamel”

I stayed here back in March 2010 for nearly three weeks. Cosmic is a nice, friendly hotel with a family run atmosphere. As with most budget Kathmandu hotels, you shouldn't expect the same as you would in the West.
