It was somewhat of a walk to the hotel but still fairly straightforward. We got a decent price and the room was spacious and well kept. On the whole, we had three really restful nights in the room and wouldn't mind staying there again. More

Staff either pulled a long face when asked for assistance to call to KLIA or simply shift responsibilities by asking me to go to other staff. Housekeeping staffs were friendly, helpful and nice. Santos hotel is a convenient 5 min walk away from the nearest MRT station and within walkable distance to many roadside stalls and eateries such as McDonald's and Mos Burger. This is a hotel you can highly consider if you plan to stay in Taipei. Price is reasonable enough for the room. Room is average in size but the bathroom is spacious.
