Check in is super slow because of a delay for 3 fussy Malaysian guests, took more than half and hour. Room is smoky and noisy with inconsiderate guests talking and laughing very loudly. I like the rooms. It is spacious and colorful. Staff was so kind and will try their best to help you on everything. my 4th times to bangkok , have a pleasant stay in this hotel :) the staff are friendly , definitely a home like hotel ! 2 mins walk to pratunam wholesale market or central , 8 mins walk to platinum fashion mall , definitely a best choice for shopaholic !
