If you're tired of plastic hotels or hostels, Baan Tepa is the place for you. It simply feels like home, and Theo really goes the extra mile for his guests. He literally did that for me when I had a little trouble finding his house - he just dropped everything, and came after me!

Have stayed here two years in a row and will be back again. Clean, comfortable and Theo will take great care of you. Many different types of rooms some with showers and some showers down the hall Ubuntu it's no big deal. Quiet Soi 9 and close to bus 13 which will take you ever where.
