We had stayed here for just one night in April 2013. The location of the hotel is excellent and just 5 minutes walk form the sky train station. The view of Bangkok city from higher floors is very good. The breakfast spread was huge and there were plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean. The... More

I stayed 4 nights in a deluxe room in September 2012.The location is fantastic. Right next to ‘Queens Park’ and just a short walk to main ‘Sukhumvit Road’. The Room was adequate but the bed ‘n’pillows were the most uncomfortable I have slept on in many trips to Bangkok. The view from the large picture window was great, could see... More

I would rate this hotel highly and great value in comparison to similar hotels in Bangkok. Clean and quiet. Whether it is business or holiday, I would go back there again. Just off Sukhumvit Road, and near to the skytrain. The only complaint I have is, the shower was just a hose and showerhead in the bath. Worked fine for... More

We are a couple in our 50s. My husband had business meetings and brought me along with him as I never been to Asia. We were in Asia for almost 3 weeks and stayed at this hotel 3 times (traveling to other destinations during those weeks but returning here as our base hotel). We were in rooms 7295 (a room... More

Dear Ceejay-4 Thank you for your detailed review and excellent travel advice about Bangkok. I am glad to read that your first visit to Asia was enjoyable and to your expectations. Your advise to future travellers is also very relevant as the hotel also receives reports about taxi-touts over-charging and also about the incorrect advice that you mentioned. We always... More

The location is strategic, easy access to Phrom Pong MRT station and shopping mall eg. Emporium. Breakfast at cafe is ok, with great variety. However, the wi-fi access is none in the room, and lousy at lobby. The staff at Imperial Club Lounge dress very smartly, but need to improve on friendliness and smiles. Overall the stay was average, nothing... More
