The main thing that lets the Landmark down is the service and management. I was a walk in guest without a reservation and had to wait several hours for a room. That in itself was not a problem but it was 4pm before someone admittted that the previous guest had not checked out I should have received compensation for this... More

Stayed here for four days and its a decent hotel (not super). Breakfast was good. For the price its worth the stay. The outside bar into the hotel is a bit of a kerfuffle with having a separate lift up to the lobby and having to move to the other set of lifts.

I stayed in this hotel for a week, checked out yesterday. The hotel is of a very high quality, the staff is extremely helpful, professional and always available for assistance.
