The staff at the Bangkok Hyatt are very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the hotel was able to organise tours for us to see the city. It is in a good location for shopping and visiting temples More

Fantastic hotel - staff are extremely polite and helpful, always smiling. Facilities are excellent - especially the pool with a convenient closing time of 10pm, and the spa/change room area caters to your every need. The bathroom was very spacious and luxurious - some say outdated but there's a certain charm in old-fashioned luxury decor. The room itself was clean... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and am never disappointed. The restaurant choices are great - this time I ate twice at Erawan Tea House which is really good. Chef Phat is a real character and his food is sensational. I also like You & Mee, the little Asian noodle restaurant on the LG floor... More

The whole family really loved this Hotel. From its position in the heart of Bangkok's shopping district (not sure my bank will like it as much:-)) to all its wonderful facilities from the pool and the Gym through to the Club lounge. Everyone we came across were incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms were superb. We had splurged out... More

Great hotel and very secure. The only issue I had was most Taxi's have no clue where this place is. Just remember to say Hyatt 801 and you will be fine Also be careful about the street vendors outside the hotel, I thought I was buying gifts for my friends, at the end I paid 4000 baht to place the... I arrived at 6am on a Saturday morning for a one night stay and the front desk very kindly allowed me a free early check-in. Need I say more? Another high quality Grand Hyatt. Located at perhaps one of the best spots in BKK, great shopping and night life nearby, BTS station just 5 min away. Nice sized well appointed... More

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok for a conference for 4 days. The hotel has clean, spacious rooms and attentive staff. It has a grand entrance and one of the nicest hotel lobbies. The bars and restaurants in the hotel are good. The meal I had in the Erawan Tea House was incredible with high quality fresh... More

I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan for many years and it is always a pleasant stay. During my trip in March 2012 my experience was again good, but it is important for travelers to know that changes are afoot. First, readers need to know that the Grand Hyatt has survived a number of recent threats. The 2011 Thailand... More

We have been looking for a hotel for regular trips through Bangkok and the Grand Hyatt was our latest try. It is a hotel that deserves its 5* rating and we will stay there again in future. It is elegant, well-run, has excellent facilities, accomplished staff and a perfect location for tourists who aren't fussed about staying by the river.... More
