We selected this hotel via wotif, and were very pleased with the location, size of the room ( we had a very large suite upgrade as part of the deal, & the pool. Breakfast was included and adequate, and there were plenty of local options for dinner.

Although the hotel is in a good location,and has fantastic staff.The Hotel has had no work done on it ,over the last 4 years we have stayed there.It is showing its age.The Hotel is in bad need of a face lift.Good value for money,but remember.You get what you pay for.Breakfast is not very well stocked for Western travellers

Good value at times, can be expensive at peak times. Big suites and excellent staff. Good location at the quiet end of Soi 11. A room upgrade on arrival was a nice touch, as was recognising that I was a returning customer - why do so many hotels negelect this?

Stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be clean. For some reason they keep the main lobby lights off at night which gives a feeling of a cheap hotel. The rooms are well designed and well cleaned.
