“Didn't try the spa”

Staffs are friendly and helpful, room very nice and clean. Had an amazing powerful blow dryer. easy to find and easy to go to Thonglor BTS. Many supermarkets around the hotel(a few minutes walk to "Foodland" supermarket)

“Nice rooms, plain service, crap wifi.”

Good value for money in terms of the room, but otherwise very basic. Wifi often not working which was very frustrating. Didn't try the spa which was very expensive by Thai standards. Miserable, unmotivated staff who appear to have had their smiles removed at birth.
