The hotel is situated in a small street with no nearby main road for hang around or shopping! Transport facility like BTS is far away. Yes it is economical...... The staff is not as cooperative as the other in Bangkok or Thailand. Tea/Coffee, water/juice available 24/7.... Not good for couple planning honeymoon!

Dear our customers Please kindly be informed that we are located in the center of Bangkok, 5 min. by taxi to all main shopping area Siam, Siam Paragon, MBK, Pratunam and Platinam Mall. One minute walk to 7-11 and our local market. We always recommend our customer to take taxi meter which is less than 60THB to the main shopping... More

Firstly, the location is terribly wrong, and horribly awful for listed hotel. At night, streets are 60-70% in darkness until you reach the big roads in front Skytrain station and Asia hotel and you have to take a 12 mins walk through dirty narrow and dark streets.Though this not hotel fault, but be warned all the nice things said about... When we arrived at the hotel we realised it was in the middle of no where, but were happy to receive a free upgrade for our two night stay. The room we got upgraded too was quite nice- not amazing but for Bangkok it was good. The menu wasn't very appetising so we went out for some food, as we... More

Ok, I am going to make it simple, just don't go over there. Here is the customer experience we had when we stay over there a month ago (Feb 2013). 1) We are a young couple and book online our reservation. I took the time to send a email to the hotel to inform them that we were in HONEYMOON.... More

The hotel is situated at the end of the street (the start of the street is where Rachathewi BTS station and Asia Hotel is situated at, a few metres in is the very beautiful and new Siam Swana Hotel). Be prepared to walk about 10minutes straight down this street. You will find massage places and drinking places at the first... More

The brochure looked really great and mentioned it had DVD player, Satellite Channels etc. Once we settled in, we had no DVD player, the channels were blurry and our remote control, the battery exploded and was never replaced. The balcony was small and washroom was not so great. At the front desk, you had the odd one who was nice... More

Dear our customers Thank you for your comment. Please kindly be informed that we are not a 4 stars hotel. We are a budget hotel which cost 35-55 USD per night including breakfast for two persons. The WORST night ever in bangkok!!! Me and my friends checked in during the afternoon in a rush as it was our first day in Bangkok.
