I would rate this hotel as 3+ star. Location is good, near Thai airways and 3 kings museum. Very quite and have a lot of parking lots for those who need to park their vehicle. Paid 900 baht for a double room with breakfast and wi-fi. You have a choice of two - american and asian. American breakfast - two... More

There is a sign out front with the current "special" price on this hotel. You wont find it on the internet. So if you are booked elsewhere and not happy, and have a room you can check out of without penalty, never hurts to go by here and see what the posted rate out front is. I was by there... More

This place was terrible. You could pay much less for a room of the same quality. The bed felt like a bag of springs covered with a sheet. The showerhead was at chest level. There was almost no lighting, so the room was very dark at night. Also note that the pictures posted are of the newer/redecorated rooms - ours... More

Perfect for the price. Nice and clean rooms with nice bathrooms (even bathtub with shower curtain), comfy beds, free wifi and a nice breakfast buffet with the basics like toast, eggs, sausages, jam, coffee etc. The staff is nice but their english is limited except for one or two of them who speak a little bit. It is a nice... More

Rooms start at 700BHT per night and are a cheap option to walk-in prices for lesser properties nearby. A ground floor room is 900BHT, both rates include breakfast. The quality of breakfast is pretty miserable and the service / attitude is below that of reception and other staff. The hotel is a good value 'start off' place and is easily... More

Good value for your money. Nice, modern rooms, breakfast included in a rate of BHT 900,- for two. Friendly staff (although with limited English skills - ok, who cares?), good location, clean rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast is nothing exceptional, but toast, eggs, sausages and coffee are offered, so absolutely ok. Only negative point is that is has not the real... More

Ok compared to the tourist area to the South East of the City, this hotel is up in the North East inside the old city. It is reasonably priced and as such a large number of Thai people stay here. So be warned if you speak little Thai nd haven't really got a clue what to do and how to... More

We had a regular room with built in air conditioning. It was nice enoug thou air con tended to be a bit clunky and loud. It was clean and decent enough, although not brand new. Apart from the clunky air con the only other negatives was the poor breakfast (but really nice places nearby) and only wifi in the lobby.... More

This hotel is just 5 to 10 mins walking distance to the Sunday night market, It also provides a car park plus a quiet environment as it's locating at the back street. Apparently, this hotel is modified using an antique building, but to our surprise it is super clean. The staffs have difficulty to communicate in English but this is... More

This is an older hotel and connected to the excellent Vista Residence hotel in central BKK in terms of ownership and management. Vista Hotel/Chiang Mai is located in a recessed soi and I don't think picks up any street noise. The rooms are a bit old but I felt as if the service and food and location made up for... More
