The place lies in soi 7 on Moon Muang road, which is in the old Chiang Mai, but on the very edge of it. It's a really quiet and nice place.

Muan Baan is a funky garden bar, they have low priced drinks and all the staff is friendly and they all speak English. Brilliant music too.

We stayed here a few times last month. The staff are great and for your money this place is as good as it gets. The bar is a nice hangout. The staff are flexible and accommodating. This is a good place if you want somewhere to hang out and not be bothered. the rooms are cute and clean.

Cozy place, friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere, beautiful gardens and the best coffee and the coldest beer in circumference.

This place is really nice. we are so happy to say that we made wonderful friends with the owners and they treated us really well. i really live my dream here of staying in the nice gueshouse and it's also the best coffee we tried in chiang mai. It's like staying in a really hip coffee shop!

Just around the corner from where we were staying, we went there twice for breakfast. Really cute spot, GREAT service and excellent value. Would likely book a room here if we come back to chiang mai
