With the best location in Chiang Mai, this hotel must be one of the best. I was so suprise when I reach the room. It's very big, clean and beautiful but so cheap. There are lots of nice restaurants, pubs, shops and ect. around the hotel. I really love this hotel.

I stayed for 2 nights on my business trip. Hotel provided good service (meets standard). I didn't bother with maids as seen from some previous comment. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I think they can provide more quality in breakfast.

Very well located at the middle of Nimman Road.Lots of restaurants & cafe nearby. Tesco Lotus right below the hotel. Simple & modern room, lots of wardrobe space, free wifi & LAN. Comfortable beds but some pillows a bit lumpy & harden. Nice bathroom. Shower water pressure is not very good. Overall it's a nice place to stay.
