1. front desk/reception is no responsible for thier jobs!! I left the room key @ the front before I went out, I came back around 10pm, and nobody there! I couldn't get in the room and sat at the lobby for 20-30 mins [mosquitos bites!!!!] Then I have to find my own key @ their desk!!! 2. room is unclean... More

Do not book this place if you value your hard earned money. They sent a driver to collect us from the airport, who arrived 2 hours late and did not apologise. It was FILTHY in the room, the floors were disgraceful. The bathroom also hadn't been cleaned or tidied since the last guest and there was used shower gel, shampoo... More

If you want to stay in a near-windowless, polished concrete, box on a main road amongst people that know nothing about running hotels, then this is the hotel for you.
