This hotel is located in the old city and is close to restaurants and attractions. Rooms are good however it's loud and you could hear the noise from people having fun at the pool until around 11:30-12:00 pm. Breakfast is average but does the job. We stayed at Lai for 1 night, but Chiangmai boutique is much better.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and nice swimming pool make this an ideal centre for exploring Chiang Mai and the surrounding areas. Rooms are reasonably quiet, only residents going on trips early in the morning disturb the peace and quiet.
