With much regret my trip in Thailand was spoiled by this hotel...after having a fun filled stay in Phuket and onward to Bangkok .we stayed in this hotel 17th to 21 December 11. The hotel location is not in the city area but they do run a shuttle bus to the night market area not much to do around the... More

You get a lot for what you pay. The hotel is fine, though a brush up would help. Staff friendly, but the location is not too good. A bit out of the way. More

The hotel location is not in the city area but they do run a shuttle bus to the night market area not much to do around the hotel. fantastic caring staff, the best! i stayed there twice during my 4 weeks in thailand. comfortable large room, inexpensive with full professional hotel staff ensuring my stay was hassel free. thankyou ,thankyou, thankyou ,thankyou, MERCURE HOTEL CHIANGMAI. i look forward to staying with you again in april 2012. sincerely Brett More
