Loved this hotel. we spent 3 nights here at the end of our honeymoon in Thailand and it was the best of all 3 hotels. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the old city and that the night market happened right at the end of the drive, without causing any noise disturbance to the serenity... More

Very nice and calm Hotel. Just in the centre, walking distance and with a street night market in Sundays from 6pm just on the street in front (but no noise in the Hotel because of that). With Lanna and colonial style, very very nice! Lanna is the culture from the north of Thailand (not close to Myanmar than to the... More

This was easily the most relaxing fantastic hotel stay in my recent memory. Be sure to stay here over a Saturday so you can see the night markets. We loved every minute here. I could've stayed for a month! More

We stayed in this hotel in November and it was fanastic. It is like a oasis in the middle of the old city. The pool is fabulous. The breakfast buffet was great with thai dishes, fresh fruit, eggs made to order, pastries etc. Once you walk in the gates its so peaceful you won't feel like you're in the middle... More

We recently stayed at the Tamarind village for 7 nights towards the end of April 2012, and it was the best 7 days holiday that we have ever had. The staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was ever a problem for them in making our stay so pleasurable. The gardens and surrounds just gave the Tamarind Village such a serene feel.... More

This hotel was once a monastery and it shows in it's serenity. From the Bamboo entrance to the immpressive and friendly service Tamarind Village is wonderful place. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, peaceful, and romantic place to stay in Chaing Mai this is it. More

We stayed for 6 nights at Tamarind over Song kran (Thai new year water festival) and really loved it. We arrived tired and coming in the staff were so welcoming and the place is just as beautiful as we remembered it (having been seduced down its twinkling path from the sunday night market on a previous trip). We had a... More

We stayed here for 3 nights on a recent tour of Thailand. The hotel was lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the upper floor overlooking the gardens and tree. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very nice. Breakfast was served by the poolside and included fresh tropical fruits as well as cooked options... More

I let myself be seduced by their inviting website, as I was looking for a cosy, special boutique hotel. So I decided to made reservation in a Lanna Deluxe room. Upon arrival, I was very dissapointed that I was offered a tiny room, on the ground floor. The door to the outside could not properly be closed, that caused a... More

Delicious signature dishes in a relaxed and secluded atmosphere. Some local classics, some uncommon specialties, all very tasty. More
