Internet isn't free, actually quite expensive. We waited for over an hour for them to bring up our luggage.thelobby was nice and cool but the rest of the floors were drab, hot and a bit smelly. The staff was okay, pleasant but inefficient. The location was superb but we wish we had stayed somewhere else.

The location of this hotel, 50 meters from the night market, makes it best hotel. The staff are welcome and English speaking. Breakfast is good with variety of foods from eastern to western. Rooms are clean, tidy and big enough for two peoples. I loved this hotel and recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay there and the did a good job with the trade show which was probably about a 200 person event. it was a marked improvement from the the Imperial Mae Ping (one block away, where I had stayed the week before). If you want to stay somewhere that was last decorated in 1971 then this might be a great hotel. Green carpets that strongly smell of smoke. I went to the gym which has equipment from 1971.
