Prime spot.. chaing mai is a beautiful place its a must if booking a trip. It's layed back and its not so westernized which is the draw card. The breakfast at hotel is really good. And the staff will help you with any needs you have. It's in a prime location with bars just up the street but don't worry... More

We stayed 3 days, the room was large with heavy, old furniture. There were a few quirks due to maintenance not being all it could be. Breakfast was included, lots of variety of foods to suit Americans and Asians. Rooms include bottled water, as well as a supply of juices, etc. all of which are free with the room. As... More

We booked this hotel mainly for it's location between the old city and the night bazaar. There have been comments previously about the hotel not being a place to take families and for all the hotel does nothing to be not family friendly the area in which it is in is probably not the best, especially during busy periods. We... More

The place was amazing and the service from the staff was the best i've received in Thailand. Free 1 hour Thai massage and one free dinner pass was included along with breakfast every morning. The Thai massage was excellent (and I've had a fair few in Thailand!). Only thing I would say is that the slippers provided in the room... More

I stayed in Chiang Mai for six nights while attending a cooking school, and decided to splurge a little and stay in one of the nicer hotels. After reading several reviews, I decided on Raming Lodge. I was impressed with everything about my stay, from the quality of the room to the efficiency of the staff to the free breakfast... More

The hotel provided a variety of great tour packages as well as a discount on a spa package at the hotel spa. Free wifi was in rooms and pick-up from and deliver to the airport was included in the cost of the deluxe double room that we booked. The large pool was a refreshing treat on the very hot days... We stayed at the hotel in November 2012. The staff was excellent and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was spacious although the window was a bit small but with windows in the bath, enough natural lights went in. The breakfast was good, could do with a bit of variation but we have no problems... More

The hotel is situated quite well just half way to the old city on the one side and the markets and the river on the other side. The road behind the hotel is not very quiet, but that's the price for the location. The rooms are decent but have the regular moist bathrooms and insects that you find in this... More

Just came back after a short 4 days stay at Raming Lodge. This lanna styled hotel has a great location, only a 5 minute walk to old town or 10 minutes walk to the famous night bazaar. Well, there are a few beer bars with girls just around the corner but hey, no problem. Just tell them that you are... More

The location of the hotel is okay. It is a short walk to the centre of Chiang Mai and to the Sunday Market. However right ouside the hotel are some cliché bars with "old white men and young thai girls" which made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself has lots of rooms. Ours had only a small window and was... More
