I've been visiting Chiang Mai for many years and stayed at Thadkham VIllage recently. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and plan to return next week. The location, near Chiang Mai gate is quiet but central. In the evening there are probably 200 great food options within a 5 minute walk. The staff is extremely professional and the property is... Very pretty, well-kept hotel and room. We had a room on the ground floor opposite the little pond with fishes. The hotel itself had a calm and peaceful air about it. The room we stayed in had a comfy bed, bathroom was nice, not great. We had some problem with the water draining, but this was sorted as soon as... More

I stayed there twice but wouldn't to go there again. The rooms are basic, but do have all facilities you need except there's no tea-set if that's important for you. The main problem for me is that the hotel is surrounded by properties with noisy animals and the rooms haven't got outside windows to keep the noise out. Depending on... More

This hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the south entrance to the old city (Chiang Mai Gate) although not in the main tourist area located more on the west side of the old city. The garden/lobby is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff members are all fluent in English and extremely helpful specially when we had to unexpectedly... More

Stayed there from 16-18 Dec 2012. Simple and clean hotel. Very quiet location and very good for relaxing. Only grouse was that the bed was hard. Its also near the weekend night market, where there were so many stalls we couldn't finish browsing. Breakfast was a nice experience. As the weather was a little chilly, we enjoyed our breakfast in... More

We arrived to our delight of seeing a cute hotel courtyard with a koi carp pond in the center and receptionist waiting for our bags. Lovely place set in a back street of Chiang Mai, only 5 minute walk to the southern city wall gate, close enough to stroll around. A small hotel which is perfect as it keeps its... More

It is our first time traveling so when arrived in Chiang Mai's busy city we were quite overwhelmed. as we were taken down the quite run down, dark lanes we got a little nervous... But then out of nowhere we arrived at this stunning hotel! It's not just the amazing look that makes this hotel what you want, it's all... More

The place very quiet and nice, we all love it. We just take 10mins walk to the weekend night market, Foodcourt, seven eleven. Every morning, we are enjoyed our breakfast, they serve fruit, salad, juice and you can choose a meal, they will cook immediately, tasty and hot! The room is comfortable and clean, only the bathroom too small for... More
