Stayed just the one night as a stop over between Pai and Chiang Khong. Supposedly 68 pounds a night but was reduced on Agoda to £14. Cannot see how it was ever £68! Bed was the standard uncomfortable Thai bed. Shower was lovely! Pool was ice cold. No breakfast included. No safe.

Let me start by saying this is not a bad review- but it’s honest. I stayed with my daughter for three nights at the suggestion of a friend who found the hotel for me as I was unable to search at the time. Usually I research everything around. I found this hotel to be dated and the pool appeared green. All staff we came across, whilst trying to be helpful, all spoke very little English and had trouble understanding at times. The hotel is situated a good 15 minutes away from any real night life, restaurant and bar area or markets. I am sure for the same price you could find somewhere better positioned.

I have to say this is one of my favourite hotels that I have stayed at. First and foremost the staff here are amazing especially Nickkie she is out of this world so helpful and her local knowledge was outstanding, she made my stay here a truly amazing experience so thank you so much. Amazing pool, decent food and great coffee. Loads of tours available and a easy walk in to town! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much

The staff were reasonably helpful and friendly but the hotel itself was average. Room was large, basic furniture is a little dated and warped. Beds were a little too firm and gave us sore backs. Air con unit was loud and not very effective - it offered us little relief from the searing April heat. The bathroom was in similar condition, shower was broken. Pool was nice but the water seemed a little murky. I noticed hotel staff watering the balcony pot plants and the overflow dripped into the pool which may explain why the water always looked cloudy and dirty. Very basic hotel and not at all luxurious or boutique.

The hotel is located very well, close to the night market and the temples (10 mins by walk). Staff is super friendly and able to help you for anything. The room is pretty big and very clean. The highlight of the hotel is Nicckie, she's super friendly and she's always happy and able to give you lot of tips! I will come back to this hotel!

I don't know how this received a 4 star rating, but it doesn't earn it. Compared to the other places we've stayed in nearly a month in Chiangmai, it rates a 2.5 or 3 at best, although the price reflects that 4. The pool is ok, and there is a small free breakfast. One of the staff was reasonably friendly. The beds were comfortable. For the remainder, the AC was very loud, the walls are paper thin, there were large chips out of the (tacky) furniture in the room. The "flat screen TV was smaller than my computer monitor at home. You can get the same, or better, for 500-600 baht less per night.

Room was very basic and very clean. Window in front is directly next to hallway and bed so you need to keep curtains closed. Tv very poor. Towels poor, and forgot hand towels 2 of 3 days. Restaurant ok, but not outstanding. Staff very friendly. Pool is not deep but long and very clean. Hotel located next to gas station but still pretty quiet and did not noice an gas smell. Good value for price.

A nice big room and a very big, comfortable bed. It is next door to a Tesco lotus that sells a good range of drinks, snacks and toiletries. It’s also only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Chiang Mai which makes for very easy travelling.

I've been to this hotel 3 times and I've stayed in 3 different rooms, all great. Love the pool. Love the location. Love the staff. Restaurant onsite also smells delicious but I usually eat out. Convenient store next door.

Someone should check how this dump gets a 4 stars rate, or did it?? I spent a lot of nights in hotels in Chiang Mai, some hotels were rated 2 stars and were better.... Don’t be confused by the photoshop pic of the pool, that obscures the green color of water, don’t believe the “good breakfast” they add free, a piece of bread and a little jam is not a breakfast, hardly a snack. Terrible experience, booked 4 nights, left after one Oedipal night. And that after I was upgraded... The 28 sqm room is actually 9sqm The Suit - 38sqm is actually 14sqm.
