The hotel staff does not respond to email. So when attempting to make reservations, direct contact by email does not work. The hotel is on 2nd road, easy walking distance from the beach on Soi 13. ok for short stay,rooms are old but I found them very clean as was bathroom cleaning staff and front desk staff were nice also good location on second road opposite Avenue shopping center also plenty bars around . they do a b/fast and dinner buffet
