Pictures don't describe the run down details of this hotel! Don't be fooled. I will say the room was large and the bed was comfortable....the rest needs attention. Service was terrible. There's only one restaurant, the other is closed as well as the bar which is mis-advertised. The restaurant quality was poor as well as the warm beer they tried to serve. The fridge in the room did not work at all, and no cold water available. Water damage and mold on the walls in room and hallways. Supposed to be non-smoking, but ashtrays with a clear no-smoking sign in hallways were full of butts....overpriced considering these issues! Upon trying to find a new place to stay, I can also say that Dalats hotels seem pretty rundown in general and wouldn't expect much more.

Nice lobby and rooms large with friendly staff. But that is as good as it gets. Room was rough, shower food the bathroom and no services. All bars closed and little in way of refreshments. Pool nice but no lounge chairs. Extra banquet equipment stored there. Breakfast limited. Would stay away

We arrived around 19:30 the hotel looks really grand from the outside but I just can’t put my finger on it as this hotel is very weird and just soulless. Some bullet points, big hotel with no idea/ imagination of how to dress it, room’s dated with mould and flaking paint on the walls, I don’t think the pillows case’s had been changed as they smelt of being used, swimming pool is bizarre as it looks as though it’s set out for a wedding function with chairs/tables set around the pool, corridors are dimly lit with eiry music playing looks like it should be in a spooky Hitchcock film, bar still closed due to Covid (seriously), breakfast has lots of choice but is of poor quality and strange choice(best I ate was steamed sweet corn) noodle bar staff were more interested in playing on their phones, staff were polite enough but ? a lack of hospitality training, the hotel is in run down part of town we only realised this as we moved hotels after one night stay and found a lovely place over looking the lake for half the price( money was never the issue) I feel this hotel needs serious investment as it is sadly no where near a 4 * hotel and that’s not me being fussy as Iv traveled extensively in Vietnam and am still touring. Sadly I would not return again . Review from mid 50 yr old couple

Stay away from this hotel. Room was stinking from cigarates smell, and they kept ignoring our complain and did nothing about it. Breakfast was very basic, with no western options , especially for kiss. Lcation is far from city center. Overall it is not worth the price, and there are much better hotels.

The building itself is quite attractive. The agents at reception are friendly & helpful, though their English is not great - but for Vietnam, it’s acceptable. The location is a wee bit from the center, but only a 10 minute walk or so, so not an issue. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the elevators. They have 3, and in the week that I was there, I never waited more than 10 seconds! The room itself is very nice, with a very comfortable bed. I was on the street side, and while the view was lovely, it was fairly noisy, from the traffic below. So if you are noise-sensitive, you might want to request a room not facing the street. Breakfast was acceptable, but is the exact same every day- no variation at all. And it is highly slanted towards an Asian palate. There is, however, an egg station. There were 3 negatives, however, which colored my stay. 1. For the last 3 days, the WiFi didn’t work in my room. It worked in the hallway, and lobby, and restaurant, but not in the room. 2. In the 6 days I was there, the air conditioning was never strong. It kept the room from being unpleasantly warm, but it was never cool. 3. The shower, in the bathtub, was ridiculous! There may be a way to get a shower without creating a deluge all over the bathroom floor, but if there is, I never discovered it. This was extremely unpleasant, and just very poor design. This should not be too difficult to fix, and it should be fixed. It is a danger, having the bathroom floor flooded. Overall, the hotel is more than acceptable, but those 3 negatives listed above, would make me hesitant to recommend this property.

not many choices for breakfast, room was fine. They blocked the swimming pool during my stay because they had wedding at the pool. So you should ask them before you book this hotel if you want to swim. The lady at the reception wasn't friendly, when I came and asked her to change to small money but she had unhappy face and considered to change money for me.

Initially, I was not going to leave a negative review because many businesses are hurting due to COVID-19 but when a hotel lies to guests and then refuses to acknowledge their mistakes, that's the last straw. There are so many things wrong with this hotel that I'm just going to make a list. Negatives: 1. The hotel reception told us the cost of a taxi from the hotel to the airport is 250k VND. So we ask to get a taxi and reception tells us to "just go outside to get a taxi." When we get to the airport, the taxi driver demands 500k VND. He does not accept our argument that the hotel said it was 250k. When we called reception to complain, they literally said, "you should have known to ask the taxi driver beforehand." When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager was always "out." If the hotel is willing to callously disregard a relatively minor issue, it does not give us confidence in their service for bigger problems. 2. Dirty hotel - hallway carpet was very dirty. Room was dirty. The room had grime on the windows, dead moths on the windowsill, and smelled of mold when we checked-in. Sadly we got used to the smell. My mother-in-law felt compelled to clean the room with baby wipes. When we asked for room service to clean up the room, they took the dishes and cups that we used for lunch but left all the garbage. 3. No A/C – The hotel advertises having A/C. We specifically chose this hotel for this reason. They do not tell you that the A/C is very weak and warm, regardless of what temperature you set the thermostat. We were also in an executive suite and the A/C was only in the living room. The rest of the room was warm. We couldn’t open the windows because there were hundreds of bugs flying around a light outside that we could not turn off. 4. Suspect maintenance - our first night the doorbell kept ringing by itself. Maintenance came and literally cut the wire and left. We did not have a doorbell after that. 5. Unsatisfying breakfast buffet - When you go to the buffet, there is no one to guide you where to sit. It's a free for all. We had to circle around like vultures looking for a table. We also had to find a baby chair and haul it to the table ourselves because again, there was no service. The cooks don't know how to cook eggs. It's either overcooked or done poorly. We also stayed 3 nights and the food was basically the same every day. 6. Thin walls - There was a party going on next to our room. Heard everything late into the evening. 7. Accusation of stealing - When we checked out, the hotel staff questioned us on where a couple teacups from the room went. They were basically accusing us of stealing cups. We had to explain that we used them and housekeeping took them. They double checked with housekeeping and apologized. Maybe check with housekeeping before accusing guests of stealing cheap cups. I live in Vietnam and have traveled to many different hotels in the country and I have to say this hotel was hands down the worse one I’ve been to. The service is just not welcoming. I would advise to look elsewhere.

The hotel is located in center. It takes 20 minutes to central market nearby on foot. The outside look is very heritage. But decoration and interior are almost downgraded. The ventilation inside restroom is a bit noisy and does not work very well. You can feel mouldy smell right after walking in.

we stayed for 5 nights and 6 days during tet and it was not very loud. the food was fine, although it was advertised as a western-style breakfast and it seemed to be very Vietnamese. we did not encounter any problems with the pool, except that it closed at 6 every night as we wanted to go night swimming. the staff was very polite. as a heads up, the front desk told us we could exchange our USD for VND but they only accepted 20's and 50's no small bills. the cleaning service will leave small about 355 mL water bottles but if you need any other water beyond that i suggest going to Big C supermarket and getting big jugs of water. the cleaning service also will leave breakfast coupons every day so you can get into the free breakfast, if they do not leave some for you, go to the front desk and they will and you one. shoutout to the bellhop who was always on top of things and was extremely helpful.
