The best thing about this place is the huge deep pool. The rooms are very clean, but very no-frills. We had a hard time getting the Internet working reliably. Some of the lower-level staff were unhelpful, but the supervisor went out of his way to make things right with us. More

We moved to the Halong Spring Hotel after visiting and seeing the cleanliness of the hotel, experiencing the great service and seeing the modern rooms, soo much better than our first hotel for almost the same price. During our trip to Halong Bay, we stayed at the Halong Spring Hotel which has an excellent view of the Bay.
