We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was on the fifth floor, and was quiet. The breakfast was adequate. For Hanoi it was good value at $30 a night.

Having pre-booked a hotel taxi pick-up my driver did not speak a word of english and the 'new hotel taxi' took did not start for some time costing $25 nearly $10... More

Hotel room is a bit old but a very clean, room windows are facing wall. Helpful staffs & can communication in English. Very limited variety of foods on breakfast. Location in old quarter, mostly local grocery shop nearby, a bit far from lake by walking. Overall, a good hotel.

Absolutely no complaints, the room was spacious, clean and the staff were incredible. Helping us for a little over an hour in booking and reserving hotels along the coast of Vietnam, they fully deserve all credit coming their way. Highly recommended and affordable.

Staff was helpful as they specially prepared food to suit me as a senior citizen, as I was feeling unwell when I left singapore. I recover fast for my trip. In addition hotel is centralised with accessible facilities. I would stay there again during my next visit and would recommend to fellow traveller.
