We had a good experience staying here. As others have said its in a great location, less than 5 minutes up to Hoan Kiem lake, and about another minute to the water puppet theatre. It is in the Old Quarter, but not quite in the centre of the back packing area. All rooms ending in 1 or 2 are massive.... More

Right in the middle of the old town. Nice room, but very dark. Breakfast very good. Service fine. Staff friendly. perfect wifi also in the roomCleaning ok. I would come back, but not if I stayed more than 3 nights.

Staff were great, perfect location, clean rooms. In terms of value for money we'd stay here again but the breakfast could be improved...not a massive issue though. Ask to stay in the rooms ending in a 6' they're bigger and have better views (if high enough up)
