Hotel was part of a package deal. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable; drinks were not cheap. Breakfast was reasonable, but suggest eating out for dinner. Hotel is located in the old part of Hanoi and in walking distance to some attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
