Fantastic value for money, I spent 5 nights here and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Hanoi. I booked the deluxe room but they upgraded me to the suite. A great room with comfortable beds (by Vietnam standards), large flat screen TV and a small balcony. It's a bit of a walk from the lake (15 mins) however it's in... More

Once again our stay at the Rising Dragon Grand was a great experience. The staff under Jenny were very courteous and helpful. The location is terrific and the rooms comfortable and clean. The hotel is great value, More

What a wonderful place. Good location and very clean. The designer rooms are well furnished with trendy showers, computers and satellite TV. But best of all are the staff - really helpful they looked as though they enjoyed working there. They all had a good sense of humour too. More

At first, i have prepared myself to be disappointed by booking this hotel since this wasn't the first hotel i'm planning to booked. And also the reviews were very nice, i was afraid those are overrated so i lowered my expectations in order not to be too disappointed. Anyway, staying in Rising Dragon was probably one of the best decision... More

Everything was great! Good manager and staff. Very clean rooms. Recommendations given by manager were very helpful in Vietnam. Tour packages to Sapa and Ha Long were fantastic! Hotel staff were very helpful and even offered us a room for 4 hours when we came back from Sapa to Hanoi (next was Ha Long bay). They didn't charge us for... More

As soon as we came into the hotel we felt welcomed by everyone. Everyone was so friend, helped us out with all our needs, and made us feel at home. The location is in the Old Quarter, but it's about 5 minute walk to the main area, it's still a good location. The Hotel was very clean, we had a... More

I read many reviews which made me book this hotel. I think I am fair minded with my reviews and not overly critical. I booked the hotel taxi which was waiting with my name on a board alongside two other names. Good job as his English was zero I, although having my luggage and visa had to wait until he... More

This is a great hotel located in the old quarter about 10 minutes from the lake. We arrived from the Sapa train at 5am with a sick child (i'll review that separately). The night staff found us a room immediately which was fantastic. We got the extra breakfast included at no cost and were upgraded to bigger rooms later in... More

I stayed at this hotel for four days before travelling elsewhere and then returned for what I thought would be just a few more days, but because I was having such a good time in Hanoi I stayed a further 12 days. The hotel is part of a small chain and has four rooms on most of its seven floors.... More

I have been, in this hotel in october, and found already this hotel very nice especially for all the staff (housekeeper until manager). So when I knew that I came back to Hanoi, I didn't hesitate, so I decided to sleep in this hotel. And again, this time all the staff are very kind with me. When I want to... More
