I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks during a business trip. The hotel was generally full as it was during the peak tourist season. The staff did their best to accomodate my request for a quiet back-facing room. The rooms were spacious by Hanoi hotel standards with bathrooms one could easily fit into with a generous shower. Room and... More

The hotel is approx 20 minute walk to the old quarter, ask for a map and follow the street to the lake, the old quarter is just a 5 min walk from there. I stayed for 3 nights (for the price of 2 during the promotion period) + paid about USD90 per night, the location is pretty central. And having... More

We spent one night then went touring, and came back two nights latter. The first night we were on the third floor, the air conditioning did not work which we found out around 10:30 pm, so we made the mistake of having them unlock and open the window to get fresh air. The area is really noisey, especailly around 5:00... More

This was a great hotel. Wonderfully clean. The buffet breakfast is pretty good too. The 2x free computers with internet are great to have access too. We took solace here when Hanoi had grinded us down. As per a recommendation on Trip Advisor i requested a room at the back which was blissfully silent. The view was of the back... More

Dear kingofthewoods, thank you very much for your comment. Newly appointed General Manager at the hotel, I'm glad that our hotel and team exceeded your expectations. I'll make sure that the information is passed by. We're located in the city center at 7min by walk from the old town. I'll make sure that next time our team gives you some... More

This is a little business/tourist class hotel that does not try to be anything else except herself and from that perspective it does an ADMIRABLE job. I alternate between this and her more premium cousin (M Gallery) whenever I am in Hanoi on business. There's nothing to complain about its location being just south (10 minute walk?) of the Old... The hotel is quite cramped by comparison with others I stayed in in Vietnam. The rooms are small, and there is a peculiar arrangement of glass panels separating the room from the bathroom/toilet area. There are blinds to pull down for privacy. The public areas also seemed rather cramped. The train station is just accross the road, and in my... More

This is a very nice hotel. It seems to be very busy with package tourists so reception is full of suitcases in the morning and evening. The service is good but understated. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Breakfast not fantastic but OK. The dining room is over priced for lunch and dinner. The location is... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment. I've begun as GM in that hotel 1 week ago. I'm happy to see that the hotel staff was friendly and that the cleanlyness/decoration of the room pleased you. I take into consideration your remarks. I've surveyed the rates of the restaurant, the asian courses are 40% lower than hotels of the same... More

This hotel is compressed into a small corner lot so the rooms are small. Rooms are unusual with the toilet and shower room fully visible from the sleeping area, as it is enclosed in glass. There were drop down blinds but they didn't give complete privacy. Lifts and reception area are very small and, as the hotel handles tour groups,... More
