Hotel rooms has beautiful view to West Lake. I love it! Staff are friendly and helpful. They also care about your travel here and there in Hanoi and willing to offer extra services. Food for breafast are not very various but the staff take good care about your meal.

“Nice hotel with a great view”

I stayed at the Maidza Hotel with a group of friends for a week and I enjoyed every minute of it. I had a room on 6th floor with a view of the lake, and it was worth the extra cost. Also very friendly staff, both in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant

“Very good staffs and breakfast”

Just from an inspect staying at this hotel. The hotel located by the Westlake. Very nice. The rooms are big. The staffs are very helpful and breakfast is very good. Hope that they always keep good every day.
