The staff were VERY nice and helpful. We contacted the hotel in advance regarding a pick-up car from the airport. When we arrived a driver has been waiting for us, holding a sign with our names. He took us to the hotel, and during the check out we found out we were charged 17$ for it - a very fair... More

Highly recommend staying here in Hanoi at the value end of the market - nice room with good decor, very clean, excellent wifi throughout the Hotel. The service here was top notch, staff always welcoming, very good English too. I had my Halong Bay tour booked from the Hotel after shopping around ( Vspirit 3D 2N) which was excellent, they... More

We stayed here for a couple days. The place is not super fancy but the staff is great, the rooms are clean and has a great location in the Old Quarter. The owner is very knowledgable about the area and also with regards to trains/buses out of town. The price was a little more than what we were normally paying... More

Great location in old quarter within easy walking distance of lake, restuarants etc. Staff very friendly and helpfull at all times and keen to protect us from any unscrupulous taxi drivers etc. We should have let them arrange airport pickup for us (did at every hotel after this) as wouldn't have got ripped off. Also they could have booked Halong... More

Loved this hotel, with its wonderful decor, free computers and internet in each room, plenty of hot water and the location is fantastic. Staff were really sweet and breakfast although limited was good. Also has an elevator so being on the higher floors is not a problem.

We stayed 3 nights, had a nice room with A/C and big bed. Manager very helpful in organizing trip to Halong Bay with V Spirit Tours. Breakfast very good and made to order - loved the lemon juice. Great place and very decent pricing. Bonus computer in the room and in lobby. Would stay here again!

We stayed here 3 times, once for one night and twice for two, due to the way our trip worked out. $19 per night, no ripoffs. Clean and good value for the Hanoi Old Quarter. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded once to a slightly larger room, and when we arrived early from Sapa (very tired) they let... More

Great hotel. Spent 5 nights here. Staff were friendly. Turned up very early on first day and was given a free breakfast, good start. Would recommend. They have a lift so being on the 5th floor was not a problem. Also good English speaking channels.

As the title says, the staff went out of their way to make our stay in Hanoi a very enjoyable one. They upgraded us twice, to a large room with flat screen tvs. They kept our bags for three days while we went to halong bay. They extended our check out time at no extra charge. They booked us a... Our intended stay at the Hanoi Symphony Hotel was only one night as we were off to Sapa the next evening. We had a really whirlwind itinerary - we were to arrive back in Hanoi from Sapa at 5 AM a couple of days later and then depart for Halong Bay the same day at 8 AM. Not only did... More
