I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the busy region of Hanoi right near the lake. The room were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I will stay here again when I return back to Hanoi.

Stayed in May. Great location in the Old Quarter. Good size room. Good roof top bar ideal on a very hot evening offering an interesting view. Food good. Best of all the wonderful staff, so friendly, helpful couldn't wish for a better reception! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Hope we will come back one day.
