Extremely nosy hotel as windows are poor and a main road is right afront of the hotel. In addition, across the street is a café where you hear people in the night too. Beds are very hard. Bathroom is not a proper shower. Looks rather like a hotel where you go after picking up a girl.

Nice Viet-style hotel in a good location. It's right across the street from the lake and the sheraton. Considering it's about $100 less than the sheraton, I'd say the value is really good. The Dragon was $40 for a basic room. Whilst the decor is nice, lots of wood carving and an indoor fish pond, the room was small and smelt of old tobacco.
