Hanoi is accotiated for me with this hotel. Located in the heart of old quarter, small, tidy and accurate, with fine furnished rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. From the balcony of the best room you can watch Hanoi waking up. My parents also are very pleased. This year I'm going to get back and even have tickets already... More

I have lost count of the number of times I have stayed at this hotel. It is my home in Hanoi, twice a year. The staff are efficient and helpful and the rooms large, bright and comfortable. For me the location is perfect and I appreciate being able to make a hot drink. Breakfast may be predictable, but the girls... More

We found this hotel one of the friendly places to stay. We are a family of 5 with children 4,5 and 11. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They even changed our bar fridge when I let them know that it was very noisy, they had someone up to lookat it and when they couldn't... More

This hotel provides good value for its price especially with regard to its central location in the heart of the old quarter in hanoi as well as its excellent, friendly service. Although I felt the breakfast could have been better, I am a picky eater and there was a variety of food to choose from. The rooms were air conditioned... More

Stayed here before and after our Halong bay trip. Good location in the old town. The first room was huge with all the mod cons and a desk top computer. It was cleaned to an excellent standard. The 2nd room we had was a little smaller but was very clean and the same mod cons (fridge, aircon, TV, safe). The... More

We stayed at the hotel last September and was one of our best hotels throughout Vietnam, in the heart of Hanoi , good service, very nice people, very clean, spacious and pleasant rooms, good breakfast, a very good option for Hanoi. More

Nothing flash, only 2-3 star accommodation, but great value and location in the heart of old quarter with very friendly staff. We also organized Halong Bay tour with onsite agent and it was great. Would certainly stay here again. More

This was our first visit to Hanoi, and the hotel was recommended to us by a good friend who had stayed there. The room we had was most spacious for the price we paid, and the best part was that it is located in the central Old Quarters - at a street corner and away from the hustle and bustle... More

I’m a Malaysian. I visit HCMC and Hanoi every two or three months once. I used to stay in one of hotels around the Old Quarter but due to poor service I decided to look for another hotel to stay. In 2009 I decided to try Camellia 4 which location is very convenient to the Old Quarter. The room was... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Camellia 4 Hotel Hanoi. Our first night was in the VIP rooms at the front of the Hotel and were slightly noisy. We went to Halong Bay for 2 nights then came back to the Camellia 4. While we were gone we could leave our luggage there. On our return we had a rooms... More
