Small and charming. Beautiful and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location that's close to everything in the heart of Hanoi. I chose to stay with smaller local hotels instead of the big extravagant chains that wasteful. Thankyou very much to staff.

I stayed here for a group trip with grad students. The hotel was more than adequate for our needs and the staff were gracious and accommodating of our needs. They even allowed us to leave our bags in a room for a few days when we made a trip north to Halong Bay and Sapa.

Hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A great value for money place to stay in. The room is clean and free internet is provided. Breakfast is decent. Good location in Old Quarter near Hoan Kiem Lake. The streets comes alive at night and enjoyable to walk around.
