Accomodation was good, staff were very friendly. Food at restaurant wasn't particularly good - I was disappointed each time. Internet was very good and rooms had everything an apartment needed. Gym and pool were both very good too.

Stayed in April 2008. Great accommodations. Everyone seemed polite and willing to be helpful. American cuisine at the restaurant didnt quite meet the USA standard but it was ok.

Stayed here a week. Excellent accommodation with a superb pool and fully equipted gym. Important to have some calm in a city as frenetic as Hanoi and this place certainly provides this.
