A small hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter so location was good. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak some English. Clean room but stayed one night because showers/toilet were not up to standard. It may have been the room we had rather than be typical of the rest.

We had a really good stay in this hotel, Mr and Mrs Do are really nice and helpful. The rooms are confortable. They propose tours in Halong, Sapa and many other places with better prices and good quality. They are honest and the price is cheap for the service they give. I strongly recommand it, do not hesitate !
