Friendly staff, good location, relatively clean but simple rooms. Enjoyed our stay, and receptionist was very attentive throughout. Breakfast was included which was good, but it was very basic. Would definitely stay again

Very good value for the money. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Anna, the receptionist. The Hotel also offers tours to Halong Bay for a fair and competitive price. I really recommend this place to all budget travellers and backpackers.

To start the best what you get in Hanoi and Hostel kangaroo is Anna - the amazing receptionist. She is friendly and very helpful. Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, free WIFI internet and free breakfast. Great location in old center and close to street food and night market. Highly recommended

We stayed as a large group in April. We found the rooms to be adequate with the basic ammenities required. The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times, even allowing us to clog up their dining area with baggage for the day! We would recommend this as a place to explore Hanoi from and would stay here again.
