Reasonable hotel in a good location. The view from our window was some sort of shaft and a concrete wall. Nevertheless the room was fine, with good a/c and as there were only two rooms on each level very quiet. It's strange as there are two hotels joined in one at the breakfast area. Breakfast was good, with an adequate... More

The hotel was average - rooms were clean, comfortable, no view. Breakfast was fine. Staff for the most part were extremely helpful - except one woman who seemed determined to be cranky to anyone who dared approach her at the desk. The highlight by far was the spa in the adjoining hotel (walked through the common breakfast area and up... More

Nothing exciting about this hotel other than location to Central Market. Small rooms and mine had a window but it looked at a concerete building 6" away..... More

We stayed here a couple of times. Once in a superior room and once in a standard, that was booked through Agoda. The Agoda time we had a lot of problems. Obviously they have different standards. The room smelled moldy until the AC was at full blast. The cold water in the shower didn't work until we advised the staff... More

The first room we were given was small, dark, smelled of smoke and had no window. We were told the hotel was full so there was nothing we could do. Being slightly claustrophic I said we would need to find a different hotel . After a lot of going back and forth they finally offered us a room in an... More

The room was clean and comforatable but small. The bathroom facilities were good. It did not have a window which encouraged you to explore the great city. The elevator was very small and could only accomodate 3 people with baggage. A breakfast buffet was included and had something to please everyone. More

I came to this hotel because they proported to have a gym. I checked, I know it isn't all that popular any more to have a gym, but yes they do and it's photo graces the glossy info sheet for the hotel. Ok, here is where it gets funny. Not a picture of their gym! Hehe, yeah, nope. You need... More

Hotel is centrally, located to most tourist attractions but has big downsides. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the base of the bed squeeks whenever you move. Breakfast is average. Our 3rd morning they booked out the restaurant for a private function so all of the guests were pushed out into the lobby. Housekeeping staff are quite noisey and... More

Room was average. Food at breakfast was not good. The worst part about this hotel was the fact that our bags had been rifled through and other friends who were staying at this hotel also complained about this happening to them. There were footprints on the bed sheets after the cleaners had made up the beds.. Great view of the... More

Great location and very friendly staff ! I had stay here for the fourth time and everything is improving ! The only thing that I feel not very good is the breakfast . Try not to mixed beef together as some others might not eat beef . I really enjoy staying in hoang hai long ! Keep it up ! More
