Stayed at this hotel as part of an intrepid 'basic' trip. Hotel was very noisy, lift was broken, stairwell was crammed full of housekeeping stuff and furniture. Room had air-cond that worked but walls were dirty, linen looked old and/or grubby and the bathroom was dodgy.

At the heart of the city, so you can walk to most places with helpful staff. The rooms are what you'd expect at this price.
