This hotel located in downtown HCMC is not my favorite place. Breakfast is moderate and in a very crowded place. Rooms are OK but not special. The view from the towers is very nice. Hotel is very busy and full with tourists. Would prefer more relaxed environment.

This was a nice hotel without being special but the location was fantastic as it was possible to walk to most of the tourist sights. Breakfast was great and it took 3 mornings to discover all of the food although they didn't cope well on our last day as it was extremely busy

Actually I like the service and the staff there. I stayed in the Grand Tower for 5 nights. The executive lounge was impressive and snack selection was commendable. The service staff on the 5th floor is always friendly and helpful.
