We stayed at the Bi Saigon for 5 nights. The room was on the 5th floor and a bit of a hike but it was a lovely room, spacious and clean. Room cleaned daily. Good tv and wifi. The food on the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced and the hotel room was very good value for money!

They tried to bill us for an incorrect meal and the hot coffee arrived tepid. The place is very dirty and run down and the manager is rude. Given the value and quality of other nearby restaurants this establishment can easily be avoided.

I fell for the old one: checked out a place my travel guide book recommended. On the basis of 4 courses this isn't the real deal, if you want vietnamese food don't bother.
