There are no balconies at this hotel.You need binoculars to see the river.We just managed it by standing on the bed but had unfortunately forgotten to pack the high power navy binoculars. Though the staff is ok, let's start to say, the intrinseque qualities of the hotel are very poor. The building design is entirely flawed, the carpets, the windows, the tiny swimming pool (or the bath I should say) are dirty and sickening. Pass the way.

I stayed here for almost a week when I travelled to Hue. The hotel is in good location and very close to all the famous places in Hue. With walking distance to the river, restaurants... Room was clean and reasonable for the price that I paid. Front desk was nice and respectful. I would recommend this hotel.
